i just use certo. i smoked the night before(some nuggets too) the first time and passed. then i did it again for a job. i hadn't smoke in 6 days. then just 2 days ago i smoke a day before and did it now i'm waitin for the results. this last one is the one that counts too.
damn i've knew mellowboy(from the internet) for a while since back when he was posting at automotiveforums.com. he nvr seems to skip out on anyone and was very helpful to many people, but i guess you nvr know. try checking automotiveforums.com and see if he's on there. sry to here about it tho.
plus is you were gonna run in scca you might as well get a good motor swap if you gonna do one at all. since that puts you in a class with other b16a,b18c's and other more powerful motors.

Ls/vtec is the mating of the B18A/B to a B-series Vtec head like the B18C1, B18C5, B17A or B16A head. The amazing part about this swap...
you will need..
1.trailing arms (will come with calipers and rotors) from a teg or 90-91 Si crx
2.CRX Si (90-91) ebrake cables (the teg ones will work but are too long and will need to be modified)
3. teg prop valve (all rear disk prop valves have "4040" stamped on them)
and an 89 integra...
the 89 usdm d16 teg motor won't fit in your car. mounts are diff. plus is only has like 110hp compared to the zc's 130ish. i'd sell the teg and buy a real zc.
i remember when we swapped my zc the motor was doin the exact same thing and we finally saw that the plug wires were plugged in the distro wrong. haah. check that because that sounds exactly like what happened to me.
hey heres a quick fact. you left nut does nothing but take up space. your right one does all the work and you can sell it to a medical school for something like 50- 75g's. :ph34r:
