The Fuel Pump Signal Wire from the ECU to the PGMFI Relay plug has no resistance. I can jump the pump from the PGMFI harness and the pump runs,
I did this test and all passed, the problem is that is goes to testing the continuity from the PCM plug to various things and its OBD1 specific.
I recently purchased a non running 1990 Integra LS. Car will run like a top if you jump the fuel pump to the plug under the seat! Thinking the PGMFI Relay was bad, I found the test procedure for making sure its working correctly and it is.

I have a B16 head that has dual valve springs on the intake side. I also have a junk GSR head that has the same. Would I be able to take the inside dual spring off the GSR head and put them in the B16 head?
I have a Head from a GSR and the exhaust cam overheated, or ran dry on oil, and scored it pretty good, it made marks on 3 of the journals and on 3 of the cam caps. Is there a way to have a machine shop fix it,? or is it non-repairable?
Has good oil pressure to the switch, I hook up the genesys scan tool and it reads on when plugged in and off when un plugged (which means its working). still getting the code after hitting VTEC. Any ideas? Also it Hesitates when warm. maybe related?
I have a 94 EG with a 95 GSR engine swapped into it. I can get 2 good pulls past 5500 RPM, but then it goes into a limp mode and redlines at 5500 RMP. It has code 41 (o2 heater) not worried about that I am wiring in a 4 wire O2 sensor, but it also throws Code 22 (Vtec Pressure Switch) the...
It has a start up know because it is hitting 3000 RMP right away, where as if it only hit say 2000 then that would be low enough for it not to knock on start up. So i guess what im asking is what would make it idle that high?
Just get a Vtec ECU running a toggle switch is just asking for problems, a p28 ecu is like 50 bux on Ebay, and about the tranny put a ls 5th gear in it, I have done it and worked flawlessly.
I have a 92 ls and on start up (cold) it revs up to 3000 RPM and slowly comes down from there. Now I wouldn't care about this except it knocks for one second then stops, kinda like when you do and oil change. Any thoughts? maybe FITV dirty or defective?
UPDATE: car runs fine now, had to extend the IAT wiring, the EVAP was plugged into it, everything works good the ecu reads IAT just fine.
Now, is the best thing to do is to chip the P72 and have it tuned?
well im trying to make what I have work and if its cheaper to chop the p72 i would like to do that. Oh! and when I plug in the PR4 ecu from my DA and it runs fine just no VTEC!
