okay i know im not in the right thread but can anyone shed some info on this! i just got a 96 prelude mt. 2.2 non vtec and it will not rev past 3000 rpms. now i check the codes and i have a bad cps but would that not let it rev past 3k!!! what else should i look at? it dose not miss start up...
so i got a 96 prelude mt 2.2 sohc and it will not rev over 3100 rpms. thought it was in limp mod pulld codes and i have the cps code will that cause the motor not to rev over 3000. any one have any idia on this could it be the tps?????
okay i swaped the d15z1 out of a friends hatch for a d15b8 but the wiring harness that came with the motor did not have any wiring for the map sensor and its throwing the code for it and wasting hella gas so i wanted to know if anyone new the easyest way to wire the map sensor to the car!!!
