Clean the peices really well and spray them with adhesion promoter before applying any paint. You don't need primer.
Don't use krylon, it is garbage. Use real paint if you want it to last.
Umm I don't know about only 2 quarts of clear.. I would go at least 3 quarts (reduced)
And if you're using single stage paint as basecoat you are going to need to let it dry completely, wetsand it, and then clear it.
I understand making a car light will make it faster. (Although 200 pounds really isn't good for shit)
I said
"Oh and please tell me what you gain from taking weight from the FRONT of a FRONT wheel drive car"
Hmm I worded that wrong.. I say "Most all primer is reduced one way or another" meaning it will be reduced before spraying..
But yes too much primer is bad.. especially for a novice. You see all these morons priming their entire car, turning their already straight panels into a wavy washboard mess
If you actually drive this car daily, why would you want to destroy your car like that? IMO that is one of the biggest fucking rice outs ever... Don't mean to bag you man but seriously... Don't be an idiot.
Oh and please tell me what you gain from taking weight from the FRONT of a FRONT wheel...
