i am looking for a d16y8 head or a d16z6 head. need to be complete, dont need the intake, just the head with the dizzy cover vtec selonoid cam gear and complete with the cam and valves
what timing belt would i need to use some say the vx one is too tight but i am not sure, with the z6 head would it be able to even run at that low of compression, and is there anything major i need to know before swapping the head, i plan on putting a block gaurd and arp head studs in too
