I all ready posted this question but now i have more details about the engine and ecu. Its a d15b Vti motor(jdm sohc) and a p08 ecu. Does anyone know what rpm vtec kicks in at and what is redline for this motor? Thanks for your help. _bg IN

whats redline on the d15 engine from japan? (not sure what whole engine code is) When is vtec engagment on this motor also?? They also claim 130hp in this engine, is that true or is it more like 115 or something. i know someone who has a eclipse (140hp) and he says he can take a sohc vtec...

Does anyone know the redline of a d15 engine? im not sure of the whole engine code, the sohc motor from japan. Another question is...what is vtec engagment on this motor? isnt it 6k? They also claim 130hp?? is it usually lower than what is calimed....like 115 hp?? Thanks for your help people...
