Someone at 7thgencivic.com ran 197hp to the wheels on his turboed 02 ex. He ran on stock internals, didn't have to convert to a return style fuel system but I think he used a stand alone haltech fuel controller. I don't remember the details. But yeah, I'd still go with a type-r swap instead.

Intakes don't do much for the d17 but people do them anyway. Most popular one's are the K&N FIPK, aem or injen. If you wanted to go turbo in the distant future, then don't even waste money on an intake.
