yo whats up im back with another prob. well i went to go buy the knock sensor for my b16 and the guy at the shop told me to get a toyota knock sensor he said its the same so i did...what do you guys think about that? i havent tried yet because i have like 3 connectors in the back of my engine...
i finally found out where my knock sensor is but the thing is the whole sensor from the block is missing. even if i buy it how am i suppose to put it on? where the knock sensor goes its very dirty too its like someone yanked it off please help
by bad guys lets let b16 w/type r manifold, dc headers, pr3 ecu oh yeah and i recently cleaned the vtec solenoid little filter and this was this rubber thing on it and it was ripped i just took it off i hope it does do anything but yeah...any help would be appreciated the motor is on a rex
first of all i want to thank the ppl that helped me out with my ecu code 22 the wires werent connected. but now sadly i have come across another problem my car hits VTEC but.... its slow and rev and rev and it sounds like something is clogged somewhere i dont know if anybody has had this prob...
i guess i was just tired of caring for it but the white/yellow wire that goes to B5 on the ecu is the vtm vtec pressure signal right? this is why vtec isnt kicking in right? but where does this wire go its just hanging...do i connect it to the other white/yellow wire that just looks like it or...
i disconnected 6 splices and i reconnected the vtec and the pressure signal but theres the vtm signal i have just there not connected and now my vtec doesnt kick in help
i have a vafc on my 91 crx w/b16 and ever since my friend messed with it my car has been running like crap. i just want to take it off but i dont know what to do theres several splices but i dont know help pls anyone thanks
its a pr3 but when i disconnected the vafc i just took of all the splices but then there was the vtec solenoid input/output the vtec oil pressure input/output leaving only one wire which is called the vtm signal input i dont know what this wire is for and were it goes but my vtec still doesnt...
yeah man on the black/primered/b16 on it has less than 70k on it 5 speed both 91 hf the other is half white half grey this one has like 90k original miles on it 5 speed as well great gas saver in located in la county

how much is a knock sensor??? how do you take it off i cant find it? oh yeah and can anyone tell me what the green sensor on the bottom of the vtec solenoid is called?? i thought that was the knock sensor thats why lol lates
