why isn't my car redlining like it should? ran a stock p28, i can only go 6,700 rpm... supposedly it should redline at 7,200 or 7,400. now i test ran a chipped p28 maxing at 8k rpm, it only max at 7,500.. why is that? help me solve this please. thanks!

ok.. wat are the probable problems for the signal light dying out? so i've checked relay, fuses, wires (red/blk), hazard button, radio installation, corner light front/rear wiring.... everythings good.. idk wat else to check... could it be possible that it's the signal switch? thanks in advance!
