gotta 92 civic with no reverse and I checked the reverse light sockets and im not getting any power to them. any special place I should check. I already checked my fuses.

I have a d16z6 which has been bored to .020. okay now the motor seems to be boggy. well since the computer only was factory tuned it doesn't give it that extra fuel correct???? Could I just buy a bigger fuel pump to perform correctly??? My timing is dead on just to let everyone know.
