I just got my '92 Civic EX on the road. This is a stock D16Z6 except for the air cleaner system. I do not want the broken air tube and cone filter, its too noisy for this car. Does anyone have the complete air filter cleaner system with hoses? Thanks, Angus

I cant compare mounts, but the water pumps are the same. The z6 block is different in the water jacket area and I think thats why the motor mount bosses were drilled at an angle. I think you have what I need! What do you need for one, shipping to KC 66202? Thanks much!

OK, I'm not smart enough for pictures so discriptions will have to do. The mount bracket I need has the block mounting bolts that are inline verticaly with the block same as the cylinder bores. My z6 mount, which will not work, has the bolt holes at a slight angle. Apparently the z6 block...

Thats what I ran into. I did not notice a difference untill bolting it up. The z6 bracket wasn't even close to parallel to the deck surface. The rubber would be way off.

Will those blocks be similar? Im no expert so I was surprised the difference in the d16a6 and d16z6. I know most people doing a mini-me start with the a6 and dont run into this like me. Thanks

Doing a conversion and need a d16a6 motor mount braket. I am looking for the bracket that bolts to the upper front of the block or drivers side as it sits in the car. This is the motor mount bracket that comes out between the timing covers. Thanks

Just checked with the dealer. The z6 and a6 mount are different. They are shooting in the dark since I do not know the exact car my a6 came out of.
