i think another way to see if the idle valve works is to unplug it when the engines running , the revs should drop. i think that meens its working. thats what mine does anyway unless theres somthin wrong with mine lol ive started to get a code 14 aswell now

my car is a manual , i just mentioned my ecu came off a manual because aahvtec said he used a p30 because his p13 came off an auto. i thought the distributer wiring would be the same because my car and engine are obd1. ive tryed a different fuse box under the hood because the ELD is a sealed...

the ecu should have a part number on it , check with honda
