I have a D16z6 in my hatch and I don't know the transmission...Leaks oil under the dizzy but no where else. Here's the other problem...Seems like the motor is taking in too much air and not enough fuel...
Ok, I'm very new to throttle body's in which I know no difference at all but just the looks of it! What's the difference between milliermeters on how big or small the numbers are? And what would I gain from putting a d16y8 throttle body on my d16z6, more air flow?
Well, I sold my Rex and bought myself a decent 93 eg si. Everything is basicly stock and wondering what type of shocks and springs to go with. I would just buy coilovers but my rear shocks are dead. I'm thinking of KYB AGX gas shocks $144.95 each for fronts, rear $133.95. with eibach springs 1.6...

My brothers hatch has a JDM b18c1....as i drove it today, seems like it cuts the fuel and stolls...but when i accelerate it picks up then seems to me cuts the fuel again until i kinda gave it more gas then it ran fine for the whole day... Ill appreciate any help thanks....this happen to me...

My stock muffler has 2 holes at the bottom, Thumb size holes....pretty rusted and not sure its good to pach up.... Should I go with aftermarket or stock muffler?

Here's my plan.....Should I get a D16z6 head and put it onto my D16a6 block and wire the distributer and vtec? Or buy a complete D16z6 engine and swap? Or sell the car with the D16a6 that has 190k miles and buy a SUV or just an automatic so my wife can also drive?

Engine is a b18c1, it was leaking oil next to the Vtec solenoid...and i changed the cam shaft seal and stopped it from leaking, but now there is oil in my 1st cylinder....Could it be the HEAD GASKET? PISTON RINGS? i haven't done compression test yet....
