Is there anyway to get an EVO7 or below in the us? are the legal here, how much do you think it would cost etc. I really like the EVO7's a lot better than the 8's and i dont wanna buy a mirage, then get the kit for it, then swap the engine.

i have a 96 civic dx hb. From what ive herd the b16a2 swap and the B18c1 are about equal as far as install goes, but im wondering if the b18c1 is really worth the extra money for the engine. Keep in mind i will probobly mod the engine a bit and eventually get a turbo.
