Will a 92-93 tranny fit on my 90-91 motor?

hey i got a 89 ef and we put a LS in it. The car runs fine but for some reason the battery keeps dying. It will last a long time if i have nothing turned on like lights, wipers, anything like that but when i turn them on the battery goes dead in a matter of minutes. any ideas?

I have a 89 EF with a LS swap but now it runs kinda funny and the TDC code is thrown. How do i fix this or how much does a new sensor cost?

Hey i put a LS non-vtec in my 89 civic hatch. i did all the wiring from fourthgenhatch.com. when i got it all done i started it. The car will bog out and backfire through the intake if i give it some gas but i can slowly go threw the first about 500 rpms then i can hammer on it and it revs fine...
