The car is a 93 accord, the motor is a 94-95 f22b2 vtec, so I need a ecu out of a 94 accord for a vtec and a manual tranny. Am I heading in the right direction Brutalb83 ?? It's going into a race car.
No dohc, I am looking for a F22b1. You are not supposed to do anything to the engine, but we know guys do!! There is no compression rule or cam lift rule.
Thanks again BrutalB83, I have been searching past threads. Because of restrictions in the class we run, we are limited to what we can do. Thanks to you guys I now have some ideas to get every horsepower I can.
Is there anyone else who races the Accord on a 1/3 or 1/4 paved oval track. My son races the 1992 accord and we are always looking for ideas to improve the car. Thanks!!
Hey BrutalB83, when you say just add the wiring for the F22b1, do you mean I need the wiring harness as well and I'll have to rewire it to fit the 1992-1993 accord???
Hey BrutalB83, will the h23 intake go with the F22ba engine? Also what makes the F22b1 engine better? Is it because it has more compresion or that it just produces more ponies!!!! Is there id #'s on the engine blocks and if so where are they??
