11's are gunna be hard even on a B-series. a guy i went to college with ran a k24 in his 93 hb and ran 11.4 with slicks and the 6 speed. but it cost him just over 6 grand to do the swap. it depends on how much money and time you have.
if you are rattle can your car just scuff the whole thing with a scotch bright and then use wax and grease remover. .but theres no rattle can paint that will last more than maybe 2 years tops and thats if you dont have a winter. if you want a cheep paint job go to wall mart and buy one of there...

all thoes things you listed will come off with wax and grease as long as it's a solvent wax/grese but armorall you polish into your finish and can become inbeded into your paint and transfer from the grinder to your hands right back to the car or anything else you touch. i've worked in a...
simple green does not damage paint unless it's fresh and if you dont wipe your wax n grese of corse you'll get paitn defects.i'l like to know whewre you went to college? smart guy
don't get a kit they are all crap i'v installed plenty of body kits and the only ones that fit are veilside. trust me they have weak points where the fiberglass was molded they dont fit right under the headlights. but it's realy how picky you are most people dont even notice the small stuff like...
if you want to go cheep the single stage is only 100 bucks a gallon i bet you could paint your whole car for 250 bucks including materials but if it runs your up shit creak. cant fix a single stage run gota start over
just go glosy the flatening agent will cost you if a shop paints your car but if your doing it a single stage omni black would give you the same flat ratrod look (thats actually what they use) i just painted my 89 civic with the 2 stage gloss blach with a tinted clear from omni and i'm very...
straight simple green and scrub with brisle brush. and pressure wash. be shure too never use any armerall product ,and that goes for everyone. if you ever want to re-paint your car and have it turn out with minimal work never use armerall
no i put one on my 89 civic hatch and to say the least i took 3 years of autobody technology and am certified .... it took me like 2 months just to get it to fit .lots of fiber glass and filler and you would have to mold it. ...just dont try it.lol
you can make any front end fit just about anything you want with enough work but the civic front end would be the easiest or the integra of eather gen wouln't be so hard. it depends on how much work you want to do.
