    Okay, I have a 98 Acura Cl with the f23 manual transmission..... I've been wanting to do a f20b swap since the motor itself is relatively cheap. My only hesitation is my car HAS to pass NC state emissions inspection. Have to hook the computer to the cars DLC and it has to verify the I/m monitors...
