my buddy's civic eg si hatch is throwing a code 9 .... cyp sensor problem .... we reset the ecu and it went away but as soon as the car gets up to temp the mil light comes on again .... has anyone ever encountered this??? what did u do?
i gotta replace my clutch and i wanna do it myself .... i was wondering what the easiest way to do it is if you haven't got a hoist ... can you just put the car on jackstands and drop the tranny or do i gotta pull the whole engine /tranny out??
i hear a thud whenever i hit my brakes .... it doesn't happen if i'm light on the brakes but moderate pressure on the pedal produces a loud thump .... my buddy says maybe my ball joint ... any ideas guys???
this is for an ek civic .... the wipers worked when you you turned them on but when you switched them to off they'd stay on... so i pulled the switch out and did a diagnostic check as outlined in the maintenance manual ... switch was fine ... put it back on ... now the wipers worked in every...
my buddy wants to convert his auto civic cx to manual .... he was wondering if the auto axles are the same lengths as the stick ones.... anyone know???
what kind of brakes are the guys withg rota slips running??? are they stock??? i've been looking them up and the biggest size i've seen is 16" and all the big brake kits i see recommend a 17" or larger rim... would you need a crazy offset to make everything work with a 16"???
