Hi, quick question do you need to swap the tranny and ecu for a F22 to H23 conversion? Can I just buy the engine and hook it up to the F22 tranny and ECU?

Do bad wheel bearings cause a vibration while at high speeds? I wiggled the passenger side front wheel and there is a small amount of play side to side. But there is no noise, I thought wheel bearings made a grinding noise while driving.
