I have a b16a2 with a t3 turbo kit on it. I am using a vafc w/450's for fuel. I currently still have the stock 10.4:1 compression. Do I need to lower the compression if I want to run 8-10 psi safely?
I have a b16a in a 98 ex. My vtec has only kicked in once since I had my swap done. I checked my timing and it was at 20 degrees so I retarted it about 4 degrees. Doing this didnt help. Also, I have no check engine lights. Does anyone have any suggestions I should try? Maybe a new timing belt?
I also get a code 21, but I checked my vtec solenoid and it is still in working condition. Is there anything else that would cause this code to come up? maybe a bad ecu?
