1998 b18c1 motor in 1994 del sol

steam comes from the back of the intake manifold
and would it run with a b16a2 obd 1 jdm ecu or do i need a gsr obd1 ecu ??

what manifold do youu have on there, you may have run the coolant the wrong way. the ecu will work but it wont open the butterfly things if you still have the stock gsr manifold. sell those ecus anyway and get a p28 chipped with a preset program other than the stock one or get hondata on a p28. jdm ecu cuts out at like 113mph or so.
