4th Gen Lude 5 Lug Swap...help

I have tried searching on this site and others for the certain types of front knuckle/hub assemblies and rear trailing arm assemblies that I can swap into my lude for a 5 lug conversion. Can I take them off of an accord or a later year prelude? I have seen sites where people show similar conversions, but they are not specific toward a prelude 5 lug conversion. I was just wondering if anyone knew any specifics about the assemblies I can swap.
