so i just swapped a b18a1 into my crx abd bow it idles at 3500 rpms when the eacv is plugged in, fine except at idle, and when its not plugged in it idles like shit.... i alreday carb cleaned and checked for vac leaks, also cleaned eacv to no avail... any help would be apreciated
