Looking for information, hopefully this isn't to complicated , dropped a b16a jdm civic sir dohc engine into my 95 civic ex, currently usen the original a/t wire harness from the 95 , and p28 ecu original , trying to slap my obd2 p2t oem b16a jdm sir civic a/t ecu, looking for conversion adapter or any info would help , Thanks

your best bet will be to simply chip the P28 (or get a chipped P28) or if you can find one and want to spend the $$$ you can try to get a P30 (OBD-1 B16 ECU)

running the P2T can work but you will have issues with a lot of the OBD-2 sensors and whatnot not being there, you could potentially chip that ECU to turn off several of those sensors (maybe??) but by this point you could have simply went with a P28 and not had to bother with all that crap

as for conversion harnesses - http://www.rywire.com/ecu-jumpers-s/1824.htm

everything is possible (even when not recommended)
