96 hx cluster to 99 si cluster

Does anybody know if a 99 si cluster will work on a 96 5 spd hx? I am not to sure and looking for help on this. the harness looks the same from the picture compared to mine.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is REDLINES! I did a swap in my buddies eg and the si cluster had a different redline than the cx. Not sure if this is the case but trying to help out!

Yeah i know, thanks for the info, The redline is fine cause thats where my engine actually redlines at. 8,000 thanks though.. Not stock..
