'97 jdm ITR into '00 integra ls

I want to put in a 1997 JDM ITR in my 2000 Integra LS. I beleive this is OBD2 to OBD2B am i correct? Any ideas? Should i find a '00 or '01 itr ECU? Or find a conversion harness?
Are those my only options or are there any others?

if you have smog or strict emissions rules you may not be able to do this. some states dont allow putting in an engine thats older then the car. however if you dont have such constraints you could either run the 2000 ITR ecu or use a harness to run the 97 ITR ecu. they will both work equally as well, so you might as well go with whichever one is cheaper
