ok. engine. 95 integra ls. b18b1. i am not sure if cams are in it due to the fact that i got the motor after it had a turbo but took the turbo off. ok so i adjusted the valves counter clockwise doing 1 3 4 2. intake to 3 to 4 ish on the filler gauge. and exhaust side on6 to 7 ish. after that i re adjusted the timing. it is at +2 for now and re adjusted the idle. now for the problem. car seems like it does not idle high enough. when driving let out of the gas and it seems like the idle wants to drop a lil to low. also while car is sitting sounds like it has a big fucking cam in it. << like a hot rod idle. any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. if i forgot something let me know. 
besides that the car drives great. just the idle has me worried.
