Last year I could deal with the 100 degree temps with AC only running part time.

This year, it's in the 90s and upstairs in Brian and my rooms... 100+ last night.

I was sleeping on my back and I remember rolling over and feeling sweat roll down my chest.

Yeah, I'm changing my bedsheets tonight before I go to bed, and I flipped on my central air. I had enough of this shit. haha

I blame it on Jamie! She had hers runnin non stop. :p

Trying to save $$? Get a 110v window unit for night time use. $100 at wal-mart. But it'll pay for itself in a month of saved electricity vs a full central air system.

Then Brians going to continue sweating his ass off... lol

My electric bill has been 0, 0 and 5.79 so far. Credits FTW.

I don't care if it gets up to 100, I'd rather pay 100 than sleep in 100 degree heat with a box fan on.

If you can run central air all the time and get away with $100 electric bills, more power to you.

I pull that and I'm out $300-400 a month.

Programmable Tstat FTW. It'll only be running at night. So I can sleep... and not in my own sweat.

werd that heat was horrible. i woke up sweating, hot, had a headache and ive been pissed off all day long because i didnt sleep comfortably in my bed. a/c is GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

we sleep with the central air on 65-69F during the night 70-76F during the day
2,156 sq ft electric bill + $291.25

but i do laundry everyday and tv/radio is on almost all day for the dogs. [they will bark all day if they are not listening to something]

My 1195 sq ft apartment never got past 150 for electric, and the windows were just as bad as they are here.

It'll be set to 75 5p-7a and 80 (where it normally sits without it on) 7a-5p.

Yea my electric bill jumped too. My bill went from $41 prev month to $146 this month!

Solar power FTMFW. We power everything except the dryer and air conditioning (the blower is on solar, but the condenser etc isn't) and we save a bunch. I think last month we paid 80 bucks.

i remember when i used to have the air conditioning in my room to 16degrees ^_^

there was no summer for me....well up untill i went to school

So I turn it on yesterday, and today it hasn't gotten above 70 and it's been raining. haha nice.
