an 03 rsx seats fit into a ek9

Hi my names joe i have an 99 civic hatch dx and broken my racing seats they sucked badd i recently was offered to purchased 03 rsx seat passenger and driver for $250 but i dont know if it will fit i already have universal brackets i have a buddy who also has 07 si seats i wana know which is best or if either one will fit HELP!

Three out of the four holes will line up. but if your good at grinding and welding you could make any seat fit
