Mine has this issue, and i will be submitting a claim form. I hope they can't fix it and i get a free upgrade.
While a nice tv, it's a 2005 model, and tv's have come a long way in the past 5 years. It was one of the first 1080p tv's on the market at the time.

I think a friend of mine has a Samsung DLP he bought a year or two ago. Thanks for the info E.

These seem to all be older models (2005-2007) so a new purchase probably won't be effected.
