B16 Crank + B18 Block = ?

Will the B16A Crank work in a B18A block, i have a chance to get one fairly cheap and dont want to miss out... thanks guys... If it does fit what sort of advantage should I expect, if any?

I think if you did that you would need longer connecting rods cuz it has shorter stroke.

you could use CTR rods and pistons then and have a ghetto ctr EDIT: kind of.
