I have a 1996 Integra. Blew out the b18b1.built a b20 motor. Have bc valves, springs, retainers etc. Stock cams. We put the motor together. No compression in any cylinder. Immediately went to look at the valve adjustment. The valves on the exhaust could be adjust accordingly. The valves on the intake side could not. The cams were never not having at least some degree of pressure on the rocker arms. What could cause this? Please help.
