belt is squeeling

Hey i have a belt that is hooked up to the power steering column and it squeels louder than a mofo so I was wonderign what I should do. If i need a new one how much are they ? I have put some spray on it my dad said will help and it did....but only for 5 mins or so. I am trying to sell it and with a belt sounding like that noone will take a second look. PLEASE HELP

The belt dressing is a temp fix and will just become more aggrivating then anything. Belts are pretty cheap and easy to replace. I suggest getting a new belt and cleaning the grooves on your pulley when installing the new belt. Make sure your tension is good and you should be set
