Bseries tranny decision problem

Okay, I'm having a problem deciding which tranny to get. My set up will be a B20B engine with an LS or GSR tranny. I just made a call and they said $600 for an LS tranny, and $650 for a GSR tranny. Now I know the GSR tranny will accelerate the car faster, but I don't want to be on the Highway going somewhere reving high all the time with fucked up gas mileage cause I do alot of driving, and race occasionally. Does anyone know what the rpms are in 5th gear at 70mph with a GSR&LS tranny, and what might be my top speed with a 7200 rev limiter.

if you can get the gsr tranny for that cheap get it and 6 for an ls tranny that is too much i think

I'm having the same problems. I'll take that number too that is a good deal for a gsr man i would go with that.

the LS tranny is crap
get the GSR youll be fine on the highway

IMO, its perfect. not too tight for daily driving, not to loose for no acceleration
