cam gear settings

anyone know what setting gives the most power on the cam gears for an ls motor spraying a 100 shot. right now there both advanced 6 degrees. there 10 degrees adjustable

i dont know thats why i am asking, you ignition timing needs to be retarded, i am talking about cam timing.

I'm just kidding man. Yes your ignition timing should be retarded. There is no way any of us can tell you what your cam gears should be set at for maximum power. Take it to the dyno yo.........
