Cam install question

Im sure this form has been posted but i like to know has anyone tried to install there own cams an is it hard too do please let me know ur feed on it. Im trying to install a set of skunk 2 cams in my gsr head

what stage are they?
make sure that you upgraded the springs and retainers if they are stage 2 and up.
