CRX steering wheel spline count and diameter

I'm thinking of making a custom steering wheel hub ($90 is way to much to pay for a block of alluminum) and I need to know what the spline count and diameter of the steering wheel shaft in a 1990 CRX HF is. I couldn't find it in my service manual. I have access to my university's machining labs so equiptment shouldn't be a problem.

Or, perhaps the correct and helpful answer to your question would have been this.
The adapter itself has an I'D of 19/32, and there are 29 splines on the inside. The splines protrude into the I.D 0.025 inches. However, the tops of the splines are rounded off slightly, like they've been cut sharp, and then reamed after. Hope this helps
