d16y5 roller lifter bad?

i have an all stock civic hx. it has a lifter noise but it isnt lifter chatter. i adjusted valve lash and discovered one roller moves side to side alot. would this make a sort of ticking noise?

Hi, I know this is an old thread, but I'm having the same issue. On my 2 outer cylinders, I can move the intake rocker arms left to right (along the shaft) up to 0.014", while the inner ones only move up to 0.005". Did you ever find out if that was the issue?
