d16y7 head on a 1.5 ?? "need help quick"

I'm giving my d16y7 head to my brother and i was wondering would it fit on a 1.5 block?

I think its a 94 civic i'm not sure but the head is from a 97 civic dx

well if its going in a 94 he will have to convert it to obd2

It's a 92 civic with the 1.5 "d15b7" engine. His head is blown and we have an extra head which is the y7. where not doing it for performance or anything, it's just to get the car running. So the head is not a straight bolt on then?? so i guess rewiring is involved. do i also need to get the y7 belt?
