d16z6 turbo application

I have an IHI turbocharger that I am putting on my del sol. My question is how do I set the internal wastegate to only allow 6.5 psi and whats the best way of doing it
furthermore I have been told that an air compressor pressure regulator can be used in place but that sounds kinda whack. input would be greatly appreciated

they are simple to adjust, but its a pain in the ass to figure out exactly 6.5...

the wastegate actuator is the lowest you can go.
most are 7 psi.
6.5 - 7 psi is liek 3 horsepower. just run 7 already
