im not too worried about it. the guy upstairs is always home and the landlord has cameras around the property and its posted. our stuff is not stored in an accessible place.

i just really hate going through the trouble again and again to load the shit up, get somewhere, and get lowballed over and over when the fucking price is firm. then head home with my stuff.

Make them sign a waiver saying that they are not rd safe. What a dumbass

only one of them isnt road safe. it doesn't even hold air.
