Ok, this question is kinda embarassing

Well, few days ago finally have B16A2 swapped into my car.
I went to see how much oil is in there (after mechanic changed it), and I see it's about aligned with a marking there.
Well, the problem is there is only ONE marking on dipstick?!
I suppose that this marking equals MAX, while MIN should be like beginning (or should I say end) of dipstick?
I mean, everywhere I read, and all other dipstick I've seen had two markings.. but here is only one?!

Good question and I'm not sure why you only have one marking on your dipstick. What I would do is just fill your engine up with exactly the amount of oil it needs (manual should tell ya) and then check to see where the oil is on the dipstick, problem solved.

Well, as said - mechanic changed it, an poured as it's supposed to go into B16A2.
After that, oil on dipstick is approx aligned with that (only) marking on dipstick. I suppose it's 'MAX' setting.. but I'm not shure (haven't got manual for that engine).

lol that is one of the worst problems ive ever seen. like its not that big of a deal but i know that would piss me off

I got an STR dipstick, and I wasnt sure where full was. I was always pullin it out, and putting the stock one in to check it. After I changed the oil, I put the STR one in, an scored a line in it with a dremel so I know where full is.

Yeah, like BeerBongs said, that should be fine. Try to keep the oil between the dot you do have and, say, a 1/4" below it and you should be fine.
