Does Anyone Have Cam Specs

im trying to find the best cams for my ls/vtec. it is high compression and im running teg type r pistons and a b16a1 head. i still have the stock cams. which ones would be suitable for me. ihave heard that CTR cams are the best HONDA cams. I know you can buy after market ones. I just want to see about these first. thanx
