Draining old gas out of 91 teg

I'm trying to draing the gas out of a 91 integra and i dont really know the best way to do so. So any suggestions would be helpful

How will a car run with old gas? Will it smoke?

the tank has a bolt under the car...

Yeah, i heard there was a bolt under there but i couldnt find it. could someone tell me the general vasinity(sp?) of it.
