failed emissions...can someone help?

i have a 92 integra with a 2000b18c1 swap with a p72obd1. dc header, intake, and exhaust are my only mods. new o2 sensor was put in this month, new spark plugs and wires and a new distributor.

ok here's what i've seen:
this is a 92 b18b...almost the same thing

and mine

as u can see..the breather filter is where the hose on the 92 b18 is and it goes back into the intake. that could be it?

Yea, so all in all, move your timing.
In my case i had to advance it, but as that other dude said maybe you need to retard it^.
Kinda depends on where it is now, but that would be guess, or maybe your injectors/FPR, but i'd do the timing thing first.

im guessing those results are at idol? So i would say 1700 is just a tad high?
