There are three different kinds of flywheels for 88-91 Civics... how large is the face of the flywheel? It matters a LOT. If you have the 212mm wide flywheel, I might have someone who would want to buy it.

That's the flywheel size- they came in 200mm and 212mm.
 
The contact area should be either 200mm or 212mm in diameter. If you measured 209.5mm after a conversion from 8.25in, you're probably just holding the ruler a little crooked and have a 212mm flywheel.
