theres some fuckin asshat around here that was doing something similar
(B you know who im talking about... the guy with the white maxima with the spinners on it)
his parrents own a store and he would scan through the scratch tickets till he found a winner (not scratching them just scanning them on the machine) he would then remove the winners and put the losers back to be sold

he got cought they seized his car, the car he bought his girl, pretty much every thing he owns, and now he's in trouble for stealing close to $100K from the state lottery, and his parents are pressing full charges on him for stealing the tickets from their store
this kid is FUCKED
