good spyware removal program?

You guys know of any good free downloadable spyware removal programs? i need one quite badly i have ad aware se beofre but i never registered it so it ran out or something i think....anyway can anyone help me out xcause my comp is becoming increasingly slow and im getting alot of popups again from IE when i use mozilla....
