Ground Wires/ Cat

hey everyone i was thinking about installing the hyperground wires in my car i just wanted to know if they are an easy install? and do they work? i was also thinking about putting a high flow cat on my 91 accord, i was just wondering what type to get. i already know that it is an easy install, and i don't have a sensor. thanks for helping me out.

they are "good" but in reality all they are is a bunch of wires in a package with pre attatched fittings and lengths.
